Welcome Week Event
Welcome to AERS at UC San Diego! We want to get to know you all and celebrate the start to the 2022-23 academic year with a fun social! The first 15 people to RSVP to the welcome week event will get boba on us! Follow the link below to RSVP!

Join us 9/28/22 at 7pm via Zoom! During our 1st GBM, we will be discussing and introducing AERS to everyone! Come with questions, if you have any, and we hope to see you all there!

Come join us as our own board members, Abby and Annette share their experiences with tutoring with San Diego Refugee Tutoring (the off-campus organization that we partner with) this past year! We will also be asking some of you all to give us some ideas/planning advice with potential hygiene/school supply drives that we would want to coordinate and run on campus during this quarter! As always, rsvp via the link below, and we will email you with the exact location 1 day prior to the event! Feel free to bring friends or anyone else you feel would be interested in the mission of our organization! See ya all then :)

We will be sharing with you all some very exciting opportunities to become a tutor that are currently open for application! We will also discuss some future plans the AERS board members have been working on for the past few weeks!
The meeting with be on 11/17 @ 7pm via Zoom, so make sure to come out and invite anyone you know who may be interested!

SDRT’s 5k and Fun Run
Join us in this 5k and fun run event!
This annual event allows our students at SDRT to let their energy out, and have fun!
If you can't make it to the 5k and fun run event, come help us create posters to cheer on our students!
